Debra Patchell, mezzo-soprano, has performed on stages throughout North America and Europe. She appeared in the original cast
of Baz Luhrmann's La Bohéme on Broadway and in Los Angeles, receiving a 2004 Los Angeles Stage Alliance's Ovation Award for
her role in the LA production. She has served on the voice faculties of Gordon College and Thayer Conservatory of Atlantic
Union College and currently teaches private voice in Hunterdon County. Ms. Patchell received her Bachelor of Music and Master
of Music degrees from New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. Ms. Patchell has been hailed as “vibrant-voiced” by
The Boston Globe, an “irresistible delight” by the Monterey Peninsula Herald and “steady of voice and secure in characterization”
by the Los Angeles Herald.
